Hi, I’m Cheryl your photographer! I am a Michigander turned California girl for 16 years and counting. I'm the wife to my childhood crush Jon. He claims he first saw me in Blockbuster when we were in 4th grade! We've been married 10 years now and have two spunky, spirited girls; Lilian (5) and Luna (2).
As a mom, I know how quickly the days go by and how important it is to have photos that feel real. That’s why I focus on capturing families in a way that’s fun, relaxed, and true to who they are; chaos and all!

My work is all about documenting families as they are. I focus on fun, natural portraits that reflect the connection, chaos, and calm that come with this season of life. Whether it's a moment at home or a walk in the sunshine, I aim to photograph your family in a way that feels true to you.
My love for photography started when I was a kid, picking up my dad’s old 35mm camera. There was something about the simplicity of capturing real life on film that stuck with me—and still does today. The idea that I could stop time with a photo, even for one second, is what made me fall in love with photography in the first place.
